My Story

I was born in 1983 in Vietnam and immigrated to the United States at the age of 11. Once here, my mother single-handedly raised me, working three fast-food jobs from dawn to dusk while supporting both of us through school. Watching her sacrifice and perseverance taught me early lessons that continue to guide me today: hard work, resilience, education, and the importance of never taking opportunities for granted.
 

For more than 20 years, my career has focused on one thing—helping people make important decisions with confidence. I began in the custom jewelry industry, where I spent more than 15 years working across design, manufacturing, sales, and client service.

From creating one-of-a-kind engagement rings to managing complex custom projects, I learned how to listen deeply, understand client goals, and deliver results that exceed expectations. Whether helping someone celebrate a milestone or make a meaningful investment, trust was always at the center of every relationship.

As my career progressed, I moved into leadership roles in jewelry design and operations, overseeing projects from concept to completion. I developed strengths in negotiation, problem-solving, and operational detail, while learning that every client’s story is unique—and every successful outcome begins with understanding what matters most to them.

​

In 2020, during the uncertainty of the pandemic, I joined Amazon and embraced a new challenge. Starting as an Associate, I was promoted to Assistant Manager within my first year and later became an Area Manager, leading teams of more than 30 employees in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment. Over six years, I strengthened my skills in data analysis, process improvement, and team leadership, all centered on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Across every stage of my career—from jewelry clients to large-scale operations—I’ve learned that great service is built on honesty, communication, reliability, and advocacy.

In 2025, I earned my Texas Real Estate License and chose to build a career that brings together everything I’ve learned over the past two decades. Real estate allows me to combine my background in client service, negotiation, project management, finance, and operations to help individuals and families navigate one of life’s most important decisions.
 

As a Realtor, my commitment is simple: provide the same level of dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail that has guided my career from the beginning. Whether buying, selling, or investing, I work to make the process as smooth, informed, and successful as possible.
